This is wonderful place to stay! Absolutely no complaints. Rooms and staff are GREAT!
COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE. Very loud, room was “smoke free” but wreaked of smoke, cigarette burns in the sheets, black smears on the towels, dead roaches in the tub, broken thermostat, slow internet and missing cups from room.
I won't even bother with all of the details just read a few reviews and you'll know the truth. Do not stay here they will treat you great and say everything is perfect when you check out as soon as you check your bank statement a few weeks later they charged you twice! And you try to call and deal with them and they treat you like if your nothing and tell you to deal with the bank hands down the worst customer service and managers I have ever felt with.
No staff at the front desk when I tried to complain. Left feeling dirtier than when I checked in. Customer service from corporate was just as bad. Filed a complaint with the hotel management and never received a response. Egregious health concerns and alarming lack of care.
Excellent stay!!! Very quiet, clean and comfortable hotel. My sweetie and I really enjoyed our vacation in New Orleans!!! Very friendly staff. Excellent location. We took the bus into downtown New Orleans because we didn't want to bother with finding parking.
Save yourself the time and stay in any other hotel. Actually, just make sure it’s not a Choice hotel. Their corporate customer service is a joke.
I really enjoyed my stay. Everything was nice and clean. My only dislike was it's far from downtown New Orleans. But overall 2 thumbs up.
